Yogini Sharma is a self taught artist for whom “Healing” was not a conscious choice but a soul purpose that she was pushed into by life. An investment banker with a leading MNC, Yogini quit her job in 2004 to pursue her “desperate need” to paint. In doing so she stumbled into a whole new magical world of colors, energy dynamics and the powerful world of the subconscious.
The workshop, Healing through Art, conducted by Yogini, aims at leading individuals through a process to explore and face their deepest fears and negative emotions which they find difficult to accept or express under normal circumstances.
These could be repressed feelings of guilt, anger, hatred, jealousy, rejection, pain etc. or destructive behavioral patterns. When these feelings do not gain an outlet they start affecting and unbalancing the body energies thus eventually manifesting as a physical illness or mental stress, subsequently affecting one’s well being.
